山东省工业设备安装集团有限公司(以下简称“山东安装集团”)，前身为中央东北地区第七安装公司第三工程处，始建于1953年，于1958年8月奉令调来山东组建山东省工业设备安装公司，1991年更名为山东省工业设备安装总公司，先后隶属于山东省建筑工程管理局、山东省建设厅、山东省国资委。2015年在山东省国资委主导下公司整体改制更名为山东省工业设备安装有限公司，2018年成立山东省工业设备安装集团有限公司。

山东安装集团历经近70年的发展，已从单纯的施工企业发展成为集投资运营、设计咨询、建设施工、维保服务的全产业链商业模式的综合型企业。拥有火电、新能源、市政等专业设计资质；具有电力工程、机电工程、石油化工工程、建筑工程、治金工程、市政公用工程六项施工总承包壹级资质；钢结构工程、消防设施工程、起重设备安装工程、建筑装修装饰工程、环保工程、建筑机电安装工程等专业承包资质；锅炉安装改造维修1(A)级、起重机械B级、压力管道GB1、GB2、GC1、GCD类等特种设备安装改造维修许可；电力承装(修、试)贰级许可；施工劳务等资质。参与制定了《垃圾焚烧发电工程质量监督检查大纲》《生物质发电工程质量管理规程》团体标准。

集团全资子公司山东中天能源工程咨询有限公司成立于2003年，可为电力、市政、建筑、石油化工、特种设备等行业提供规划、设计、采购等全过程技术咨询服务，专业配套齐全、技术实力雄厚，具有丰富的工程实践经验，业务范围涵盖燃煤发电工程、生物质发电工程、燃气轮机发电工程、垃圾发电工程、光伏发电、热电、市政等，尤其在海外项目咨询服务方面业绩突出、享有盛誉。

集团下设光伏事业部、维保事业部、发展事业部、海外事业部、风电事业部等多个事业部和二十余家分支机构。在北京、上海、新疆、苏州、青岛等地设立办事机构，并与中国石油、中国通用技术、光大环境、上海康恒、浙能锦江、翰蓝环境、上海环境、中国节能、北京控股、上海城投、深圳能源、北京首创、中科集团等一批央企和国企建立了长期战略合作伙伴关系，成为他们的优质服务商。目前公司现有在册职工2600余人，其中注册类人员310人，中高级职称专业技术人员762名。

Shandong Province Industrial Equipment Installation Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Installation Group"), formerly known as the Third Engineering Office of the Seventh Installation Companyin the Central Northeast Region, was founded in 1953，relocated to Shandong to establish Shandong industrial Equipment Installation Company in August 1958，and renamed as Shandong Industrial Equipment Installation Corporation in 1991 successively subordinate to Shandong Construction Engineering Administration Bureau，Department of Construction of Shandon Province，and Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Then was restructured and renamed in 2015 as Shandong industria Equipment Installation Co., Ltd. under the leadership of Shandong Provincial SASAC，and formed Shandong Industrial Equipment Installation Group Co..，Ltd. in 2018.

After nearly 70 years of development,，Shandong Installation Group has developed from a simple con-struction enterprise into a comprehensive enterprise with a full industrial chain and business model of designconsulting,，investment and construction, building construction，maintenance and operation services.We boasts professional design qualifications in thermalpower, new energy，municipal engineering，etc, six general construction contracting qualifications of electric power, electromechanical, petrochemical, construction.metallurgical, and municipal public works, professional contracting qualifications for steel structure, fire protection facility, lifting equipment installation, building decoration, environmental protection, building mechanicaand electrical installation works, etc, special equipment installation and maintenance license of boiler installation，transformation and maintenance level 1(A), lifting machinery level B，pressure pipeline GB1，GB2，GC1， GCD and etc，power installation (repair, test) level 2 license, construction labor qualification, etc.We participated in the formulation of the group standards of "The Outline of Quality Supervision and Inspection of Multiple Solid Waste Combustion for Power Generation Projects" and "Biomass Power Generation Project Quality Management Regulations".

Shandong Zhongtian Energy Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary established in 2003 provides whole process technical consulting servicesas planning，design，procurement for power，municipal，construction，petrochemical, and special equipment industries with complete professional facilities, strong technical strength, and rich engineering practice experience in a business scope covers coal-fired power generation projects，biomass power generation projects，gas turbinepower generation projects，garbage power generation projects, photovol taicpower generation，thermal power，municipal engineering，etc. boasting outstanding performance and a high reputation especially in overseas project consulting services.

We have multiple business divisions as Photovoltaic Business Division，Maintenance Business Division，Development Business Division，Wind Power Division，and Overseas Business Division and more than 20 branches.
