Safety Systems and Norms

Establishes a safety management system of "full staff participation, full process control and full coverage", forming a system of "1 general outline + 8 special systems + regional implementation rules":

· Management Structure: Sets up a three-level management structure of Group Safety Management Committee, Regional Safety Supervision Department and Project Safety Team;

· Core Systems: "General Principles for Safety Management of International Projects", "Safety Specifications for High-Altitude Operations", "Safety Management Measures for Hot Work", "Emergency Rescue Plan for Overseas Projects", etc.;

· Operation Norms: Formulates special safety operation manuals for different regions and project types, covering safety requirements for more than 120 operation processes.


Safety Training and Emergency Response

· Safety Training: All overseas employees must receive no less than 40 hours of safety training before taking up their posts, including international safety standards, local laws and regulations, emergency skills, etc.; safety retraining is carried out every year, with a training coverage rate of 100%;

· Emergency Drills: Each project conducts at least 1 special emergency drill (fire, collapse, medical first aid, etc.) every month and 1 comprehensive emergency drill every quarter; establishes a linkage mechanism with local fire and medical departments;

· Safety Equipment: Equips overseas projects with advanced safety equipment such as intelligent safety helmets, gas detectors and emergency rescue robots, with the investment in safety equipment accounting for more than 3% of the total project investment.
