EPC General Contracting EPC

Provide one-stop full-cycle services covering "design-procurement-construction-commissioning-operation and maintenance". Relying on SDIG’s nearly 70-year engineering experience and systematic compliance management system, we take full control of project quality, cost and construction period from pre-project planning, scheme optimization (e.g., adapting to local geological and climate conditions), global procurement of green building materials and core equipment, on-site standardized construction management, to post-project commissioning and long-term operation and maintenance. Leveraging rich experience in overseas projects such as waste-to-energy power plants, wind power, solar PV and industrial installations, we can effectively mitigate cross-regional supply chain risks, cultural differences risks and policy compliance risks through localized compliance solutions and multi-lingual coordination mechanisms, delivering "turnkey" projects that meet international standards and local regulatory requirements for customers.

Applicable Scenarios: Environmental new energy projects (waste-to-energy power plants, wind power, solar PV), industrial installation projects (ferronickel smelting, chemical complexes, waste heat boiler systems), overseas infrastructure supporting projects (power station booster stations, industrial park supporting engineering), and large-scale municipal environmental protection projects.

Joint Bidding

Carry out joint bidding cooperation with enterprises possessing local market access qualifications, policy resource coordination capabilities, or professional industrial resources (e.g., local construction teams, material suppliers). Based on the principle of complementary advantages, both parties clarify clear responsibility division: SDIG is responsible for technical output, construction management, compliance risk control, and quality supervision (relying on its ISO system certification and overseas compliance experience); partners are responsible for local policy docking, market access application, and local resource integration. A fair and reasonable profit distribution mechanism and risk-sharing framework will be established to jointly participate in bidding for major projects in core markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Central Asia.

Cooperation Requirements: Must hold legal business qualifications and valid local market access certifications; maintain a good corporate reputation with no major project violations, safety accidents, or compliance penalties in the past three years; possess professional capabilities or resource advantages matching the project type (e.g., new energy, industrial engineering); and have sufficient financial strength to support project bidding and preliminary preparation.

Technical Cooperation

Focus on core technical fields such as environmental new energy (waste-to-energy power generation, wind/solar integration), special industrial installation (waste heat boiler, power station booster station, chemical equipment), and green low-carbon construction. Provide diversified cooperation forms including technology authorization, joint R&D, and talent training. SDIG can output mature technologies such as self-developed waste-to-energy power plant operation technology, wind power booster station installation process, and green construction waste recycling technology; it can also carry out targeted joint R&D with partners based on local environmental conditions (e.g., tropical high temperature, arid climate, complex geology) to tackle technical difficulties in overseas projects. In addition, customized training services on international construction safety standards, compliance management, and technical operation can be provided.

Technical Support: Has an international R&D team of over 120 professionals, holds more than 60 domestic and foreign core patents in new energy and industrial installation fields, and participated in formulating industry group standards such as the
Garbage Incineration Power Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Outline. Has established long-term cooperative relations with multiple domestic and foreign
architectural research institutions, ensuring continuous technical innovation and iteration.

Other Modes

Labor Cooperation

Export professional construction teams with international qualification certifications (e.g., welders, electrical engineers, project managers) and multilingual communication capabilities (Chinese-English, Chinese-Arabic, Chinese-Indonesian). Provide short-term or long-term labor dispatch services, and strictly comply with local labor laws, safety regulations (in line with OHSAS 18001 standards), and wage and welfare policies. The dispatched teams have rich experience in overseas projects and are proficient in localized construction management and emergency response.

Equipment Leasing & Technical Services

Lease internationally advanced construction equipment such as wind power installation equipment, intelligent booster station electrical testing equipment, low-noise environmental protection construction machinery, and green energy-saving equipment. Provide supporting technical services including equipment operation training, daily maintenance, and fault diagnosis. The leased equipment meets international quality standards and local environmental protection requirements, effectively improving construction efficiency and reducing environmental impact for partners.

Investment Cooperation

Carry out equity investment or joint project development targeting high-potential projects such as along the "Belt and Road" environmental new energy projects, industrial park supporting infrastructure, and municipal public welfare projects. Relying on policy dividends such as AIIB loans and Silk Road Fund support, SDIG shares project investment risks with partners, and provides full-cycle support including technical implementation, compliance management, and operation and maintenance services. The profit distribution is based on the investment proportion and contribution, realizing win-win development through resource integration and complementary advantages.

EPC General Contracting

Provide one-stop full-process services including "design-procurement-construction-commissioning-operation and maintenance". From pre-project planning and scheme design, to global building materials procurement and on-site construction management, to post-project commissioning and long-term operation and maintenance, we comprehensively control quality, cost and construction period. Relying on rich international project experience, we can effectively avoid cross-regional supply chain risks, cultural difference risks and policy compliance risks, and realize "turnkey" project delivery for customers.

Applicable Scenarios: Large-scale infrastructure (bridges, ports, airports), commercial complexes, high-end residential clusters, industrial plant construction and other large-scale projects.

Joint Bidding

Carry out joint bidding cooperation with enterprises that have local market access qualifications, professional technical resources or customer channels. Based on the principle of complementary advantages, both parties clarify the division of responsibilities (e.g., we are responsible for construction management and technology output, and the partner is responsible for local policy docking and resource coordination), formulate a fair and reasonable profit distribution mechanism, and jointly participate in the bidding of major projects in target markets.

Cooperation Requirements: Must have legal business qualifications, good corporate reputation, no major project breaches or compliance penalties, and have financial strength or professional technical teams matching the project scale.
